Welcome to the Nevada Environmental Activities Home Page

This system is used by many programs within the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Corrective Actions. It serves as a portal for users to report a spill/release in Nevada or submit, receive, and look up information related to the below listed programs. A summary of activities that can be accomplished using this system are identified under their respective program titles.

Underground Storage Tank Program

  • Complete and Submit an Underground Storage Tank (UST) Notification Form (EPA For 7530)
  • Notify the State of a New UST Installation, Upgrade, Closure, or Change in Service
  • Update UST Owner, Tank and Contact Information
  • Submit Documentation to Address UST Compliance Letters Received from an Inspector
  • Apply for a Small Business UST Upgrade Grant

Petroleum Fund Program

  • Download Your Certificate of Enrollment
  • Enroll/Register a Storage Tank in the Petroleum Fund
  • Update Information for Non-regulated Storage Tanks Currently Enrolled/Registered in the Petroleum Fund (e.g. aboveground, farm, residential)
  • Submit a Petroleum Fund Coverage Application
  • Submit a Not To Exceed Proposal (NTEP)
  • Submit and View Bid Packet
  • Submit and View Cleanup Claims
  • Submit Proof of Payment Documentation

Certification Program

  • Manage NDEP Certifications for the Following:
    • Environmental Managers
    • Underground Tank Testers
    • Underground Tank Handlers
    • Class A, B, and C UST Operator Trainers
  • Download a List of NDEP Certified Individuals

Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program

  • Download a List of Active and Closed Cleanup Cases from the Bureau's Project Tracking (PT) Database
